TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REQUIREMENTS
The registration fee covers conference materials, attendance at all technical sessions, and publication.
The registration fee applies to only one participant. Multiple attending authors must register separately, and those who are not presenting must register as non-presenters.
Non-presenting participants are allowed to attend only two selected sessions and will not receive any seminar materials. Each session has a limited number of participants.
A receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details once your payment is verified.
Payments are non-refundable.
Participants are responsible for any transfer fees and bank charges.
The submission of additional articles or additional presenters is only applicable for the same first presenter or author.
Authors are responsible for revising their articles as requested by reviewers or editors within the specified schedule.
If the author fails to resubmit the revised article on time, the committee will automatically reject the manuscript.
EDITORIAL POLICY
To maintain academic integrity, one of our editors will run Turnitin on each new submission to check for potential plagiarism issues. Articles that fail the plagiarism check will be immediately rejected. The Turn it in threshold is set at a maximum of 30%.
The Conference Committee for Publication will conduct an initial review to ensure that the submission falls within the scope of the conference and to determine whether the submission is suitable for further review. After passing this preliminary check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review.
Each selected submission will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers from the journals affiliated with IECES 2024.
Revised manuscripts will then be evaluated by the editor, and the authors will be asked to address any feedback provided.
The editor will subsequently send the revised manuscript back to the reviewers for re-evaluation.
If the editor approves the revised version of the manuscript, the Chair will issue a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) in coordination with the editorial boards of the journals affiliated with IECES 2024.
Citation and references must adhere to the APA 7th edition format.
