AUTHORS FEE

For authors seeking to disseminate their research through reputable academic platforms, the following publication options are available:

1. Sinta-Indexed Journals: For manuscripts selected for publication in journals indexed by Sinta (Science and Technology Index) authors will be required to remit a fee. This fee structure applies to various Sinta tiers as follows :

• On Site Article Presenter: IDR 550,007,-(Includes: Publication in journals affiliated with IECES 2024; IECES 2024 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch) 

• Online Article Presenter: IDR 350,007,-(Includes: Publication in journals affiliated with IECES 2024; Electronic Certificate)  "Only For authors not affiliated with Universitas Negeri Medan"
  
  All Articles that have received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the IECES 2024 Organizing Committee will be published in either the Regular Edition or the Special Edition* of the journals affiliated with IECES 2024 without any additional publication fees. The following are the journals affiliated with IECES 2024  (Papers can be submitted either on Bahasa Indonesia or English):

• Quantitative Economics Journal (QE) Sinta 5 : Economics

2. Scopus-Indexed Journals: Papers that meet the rigorous criteria for publication in Scopus-indexed journals will be subject to the specific Article Processing Charge (APC) of the chosen journal. In addition to the journal's APC, authors must remit a supplementary fee of 200 USD.
