AUTHORS FEE

For authors seeking to disseminate their research through reputable academic platforms, the following publication options are available:

1. Sinta-Indexed Journals: For manuscripts selected for publication in journals indexed by Sinta (Science and Technology Index) authors will be required to remit a fee. This fee structure applies to various Sinta tiers as follows :

• On Site Article Presenter: IDR 550,007,-(Includes: Publication in journals affiliated with IECES 2024; IECES 2024 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch) 

• Online Article Presenter: IDR 350,007,-(Includes: Publication in journals affiliated with IECES 2024; Electronic Certificate)  "Only For authors not affiliated with Universitas Negeri Medan"
  
  All Articles that have received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the IECES 2024 Organizing Committee will be published in either the Regular Edition or the Special Edition* of the journals affiliated with IECES 2024 without any additional publication fees. The following are the journals affiliated with IECES 2024  (Papers can be submitted either on Bahasa Indonesia or English):

* The Editorial and Review Team will determine the allocation of manuscript publication in consultation with the editorial boards of the respective journals.

2. Scopus-Indexed Journals: Papers that meet the rigorous criteria for publication in Scopus-indexed journals will be subject to the specific Article Processing Charge (APC) of the chosen journal. In addition to the journal's APC, authors must remit a supplementary fee of 200 USD.

These publication pathways offer author's diverse opportunities to disseminate their findings, each with its associated costs and potential impact within the academic community.

PARTICIPANTS FEE (Non-Presenter) 

A. For additional participants willing to attend the presentation sessions at Karibia Hotel, Medan:
Participants and Co-authors (per co-author): IDR 250,007,-*** (Includes: IECES 2024 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch)
*** Registrants from both inside and outside the city of Medan who will attend the presentation sessions at Karibia Hotel, Medan.

B. For additional participants willing to obtain a certificate without attending the presentation sessions at Karibia Hotel, Medan:
Co-authors (per co-author): IDR 50,007,- (E-Sertificate Only)

Participants from The Faculty of Economics UNIMED: IDR 100,007, (E-Sertificate Only)
Public Participants: IDR 150,007, (E-Sertificate Only)
