AUTHORS FEE

For authors seeking to disseminate their research through reputable academic platforms, the following publication options are available:

1. On Site Article Presenter: IDR 250.007,-(Includes: Publication in The International Proceedings or selected The Sinta Journal affiliated with IECES 2025; IECES 2025 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch) 

2. Online Article Presenter: IDR 150,007,-(Includes: Publication in The International Proceedings or selected The Sinta Journal affiliated with IECES 2025; IECES 2025 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch)  "Only For authors not affiliated with Universitas Negeri Medan"

All Articles that have received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the IECES 2025 Organizing Committee will be published in either the Regular Edition of the International Proceedings IECES 2025 without any additional publication fees. Moreover, the selected paper will be submitted to Sinta Journal without any additional publication fees.

The Editorial and Review Team will determine the allocation of manuscript publication in consultation with the editorial boards of the respective journals.

These publication pathways offer authors diverse opportunities to disseminate their findings, each with its associated costs and potential impact within the academic community.

PARTICIPANTS FEE (Non-Presenter) 

1. For additional participants willing to attend the presentation sessions at The Auditorium Universitas Negeri Medan:
   Participants and Co-authors (per co-author): IDR 75,007,-*** (Includes: IECES 2025 Souvenir; E-Certificate; Coffee Break; Lunch)
   *** Registrants from both inside and outside the city of Medan who will attend the presentation sessions at The Auditorium Universitas Negeri  Medan.
   
   

2. For additional participants willing to obtain a certificate without attending the presentation sessions at The Auditorium Universitas Negeri Medan:
   Co-authors (per co-author): IDR 50,007,- (E-Sertificate Only)
